Let’s Get It heads to studio

Let’s Get It is thrilled to announce that they will be heading into the studio to record their as-yet-untitled debut album in late August. The band will be recording in Hollywood, CA with Ian Kirkpatrick (Plain White T’s, Neon Trees) and Mike Green (Paramore, All Time Low, Breathe Carolina) to record the full-length, slated for an early 2011 release.

“Our new album has been in the works for about a year now,” notes singer Joe Gilford. “After writing a ton of songs I feel like we have ten tracks that we are really proud of. Keeping elements of orchestration, dance and confidence from the EP, we made our songs more lyrically and musically imaginative. These songs define us as people and the culture we are a part of. My band and I are super excited to work with Mike Green and Ian Kirpatrick in the studio, and recording in LA is my dream… I can’t wait!”
